Board Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM in the free study carrels at the Charlotte County Library at 2050 Forrest Nelson Boulevard, Port Charlotte.

Board Meetings are a forum for PRAS officers, directors, and interested members to contribute to the development and enhancement of Audubon programs and activities.
